Registration Procedure
SRS encourages online registration for the Annual Meeting using the link, above. However, delegates and guestsmay also register by downloading, completing and mailing or faxing the registration forms, below. All registrations will beconfirmed via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation within two weeks of submission, please contact SRS at +1-414-289-9107 or [email protected].

Base Registration Fee:
Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting runs from Wednesday, September 17 through Saturday, September 21. Base registration includes entrance to the general and concurrent Scientific Sessions, Pre-Meeting Course on Wednesday morning, Half-Day Courses on Thursday, afternoon, lunchtime symposia, breaks, lunches, and the Opening Ceremonies & Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 17.
Non-CME Add-Ons:
Farewell Reception - $50
Open to all registered delegates and registered guests. Tickets are $50 for registered delegates and $175 for registered guests and must be purchased in advance. A limited number of tickets may be available onsite, but SRS urges delegates to purchase tickets at the time of registration.
The Farewell Reception will take place at the St. James Theater from 19:00-22:00 on Friday, September 20 from 19:00-22:00, more information here.
Hibbs Society Meeting - $50
The Hibbs Society Meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 16 from 13:00-17:00.
One Day Registration:
One day registration is available for each day of the meeting at the following rates:
Wednesday, September 18 (includes the Pre-Meeting Course): $500 / $250 Reduced Rate*
Thursday, September 19 (includes Half-Day Courses): $500 / $250 Reduced Rate*
Friday, September 20 (does not include the Farewell Reception): $500 / $250 Reduced Rate*
Saturday, September 21: $250 / $150 Reduced Rate*
*Residents/Fellows/Medical Students and Delegates from Reduced Rate Countries are eligible for the One day reduced rates.
One day registration can be completed using the online registration link or the PDF registration form and will also available onsite.

Invitation Letters
Invitations letters for visa requests are available for registered delegates by contacting [email protected].
Substitutions
Name substitutions must be made to SRS in writing prior to August 15, 2019. Any name substitutions made onsite will result in a $100 processing fee. If the original registrant shows up at the meeting, he/she will be responsible for a new onsite registration fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates may fax their cancellation to (414) 276-3349 or email it to [email protected]. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before August 15, 2019. No refunds will be granted after August 15, 2019.
Guest Attendance
Guest Attendance (Does not include session admittance.)
Guests must complete and submit a separate registration form. Guest registration is no cost and only includes the ability to register for social events including the Opening Ceremonies & Welcome Reception on Wednesday, September 17 and the Farewell Reception on Friday, September 20, for additional fees. Optional tours are also available through VDM Global, our partners in Montréal; for more information about the optional tours, including prices and booking, please click on the Tours Tab of the Annual Meeting website.
Entrance to the scientific sessions is not included in guest registration fees. Only guests registered as Non-Member Non-Physicians will be allowed to participate in scientific sessions and breaks.

Guests wishing to attend the Scientific Program should register as Non-Member Non-Physicians by filling out a separate Registration Form. Guests that register as a Non-Member Non-Physician will receive entrance to the general and concurrent Scientific Sessions, Pre-Meeting Course on Wednesday morning, Half-Day Courses on Thursday afternoon, Lunchtime Symposia, breaks, lunches, and the Welcome Reception & Opening Ceremonies on Wednesday, September 17. An additional $50 charge applies for each ticket to the Farewell Reception on Friday, September 20.
Wire Transfers
You may also pay for your Annual Meeting registration through a wire transfer. Please note that some financial institutions charge a processing fee, which is deducted from the amount of the transfer. Partial payment may result in an incomplete registration. If you wish to pay with a wire transfer, please contact the SRS office at [email protected] for more information.
