*The registration fee includes entrance to the general sessions, concurrent case based discussions, and industry supported workshops, exhibit hall, breaks, lunches, and the Welcome Reception. All registration rates are in USD.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates may fax their cancellation to (414) 276-3349 or email it to [email protected]. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before February 15, 2020. No refunds will be granted after February 15, 2020.
Delegates will be able to register for the course onsite, March 13 and March 14 by visiting the SRS Registration Desk at the Açores Espaços de Eventos. Please note, registration rates will increase by $100 per registration class onsite. Transaction can be made in cash (USD or BRL) or by credit card (USD). For cash transactions, please plan to have exact cash amounts.

All registered delegates are invited to pick up their registration materials and to attend the Welcome Reception on March 13, 2020 from 19:00 - 21:00. The reception will be hosted in the Exhibit Hall at the Açores Espaços de Eventos, where beverages and light hors d’oeuvres will be served. There is no charge for registered delegates, though delegates will be required to show their meeting badge for entrance.
Dress for the Welcome Reception is business casual.
