Cancellation and Change Policy

Registration Cancellation

Full refunds, less a 10% processing fee, will be granted for the cancellation of in-person or virtual only meeting registration, if received in writing within 48-hours from the time of registration. After 48-hours, in-person registration may only be reduced to virtual only registration and virtual only registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be granted after August 20.

Cancelling In-Person Registration

Full refunds, less a 10% processing fee, will be granted for the cancellation of in-person meeting registration, including the virtual meeting access, if received in writing within 48-hours from the time of in-person registration. After 48-hours, in-person meeting registration may only be reduced to virtual only registration. In this case, registrants will have access to the virtual meeting and educational content. No refunds will be granted after August 20, 2021.

Cancellation of in-person registration within 48-hours of booking = full refund, less a 10% processing fee.

10% Processing Fee:

• SRS Member Non-Physician - $60
• SRS Emeritus Member - $60
• Non-Member Physician - $140
• Non-Member Non-Physician - $75
• Resident/Fellow/Medical Student - $55
• Delegate from Reduced Rate Country - $55

Cancellation of in-person registration after 48-hours of booking and before August 20 = full refund, less the difference of the virtual only registration rate.

Cancelling Virtual Only Registration

A full refund, less a 10% processing fee, will be granted for the cancellation of virtual only meeting registration, if received in writing within 48-hours from the time if virtual only registration. After 48-hours, virtual only registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation of virtual only registration within 48-hours of booking = full refund, less a 10% processing fee.

• Non-Member Physician - $112
• Non-Member Non-Physician - $60
• Resident/Fellow/Medical Student - $44

Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing via email to [email protected] or by fax to 414-276-3349. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund, if applicable within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation request.

Registration Change

There is no penalty to switch from in-person registration to virtual only registration or vice versa, if requested in writing on or before August 20, 2021. No change requests will be granted after August 20, 2021.

Changing In-Person Meeting Registration to Virtual Only Registration

If you wish to change your in-person registration to virtual only registration, SRS will grant a full refund, less the difference of the virtual only registration rate, if received in writing on or before August 20, 2021. No refunds will be granted after August 20.

Changing Virtual Only Registration to In-Person Registration

If you wish to change your virtual only registration to in-person registration, the difference from the virtual only rate to the in-person registration rate will be due. Once in-person meeting registration has reached capacity, virtual only registrants can be added to an in-person registration waiting list. If an in-person registration spot becomes available, SRS staff will contact you to change your registration. The in-person registration waiting list will be first come/first serve by date of registration. Registering for the virtual meeting is the only way to be added to the in-person registration waitlist. Virtual meeting registration cannot be cancelled/refunded if you do not receive an in-person registration spot.
