In-Person Registration
In-person registration includes onsite access to the Annual Meeting in St. Louis, USA and access to the virtual meeting platform.
SRS will be following the current protocols as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), City of St. Louis, and Hyatt Regency Hotels to ensure the safety of Annual Meeting attendees and faculty. We encourage anyone planning to attend the SRS Annual Meeting in-person to review the Considerations for Attending the SRS Annual Meeting In-Person.
Virtual Only Registration
Virtual only registration includes access to the Annual Meeting content being streamed live from the meeting allowing offsite attendees to experience many of the meeting elements in real time. The live broadcasting will provide an engaging and interactive experience similar to that enjoyed by the attendees physically present at the venue. If you are not able to coordinate times with the live sessions taking place in US Central Daylight Time, recordings of the sessions will be made available on-demand after the event for all Annual Meeting delegates. Virtual only registration will remain open through the online access cut-off date of December 31, 2021. After December 31, the virtual meeting platform will close and delegates will no longer be able to access the Annual Meeting content.

After August 20, you may register for the in-person meeting onsite at the meeting venue in St. Louis or register for the virtual meeting here.

Hibbs Society Meeting - $50

Over the years, the Russell A. Hibbs Society, formed in 1947 as an international travel club for continuing medical education and furthering orthopaedic knowledge, has held an educational meeting at the SRS Annual Meeting. These meetings address difficult and complex issues that do not lead themselves to the usual kind of scientific presentations. The meeting encourages interaction among international participants and new ideas, new concepts, and reports on personal experience.
Early Career Surgeon Session

The Early Career Surgeon Session is a part of SRS’s recently developed, Early Career Surgeon Program. This session features tips and tricks for the early career surgeon and offers an unique opportunity for SRS members and non-members to interact closely with a panel of experts, through didactic case based discussions. This session is open to all registered delegates and is followed by an early career surgeon social hosted by Medtronic.

The Annual Meeting will officially begin with the Opening Ceremonies and this year’s Howard Steel Lecturer. The evening will include an introduction of the SRS officers, the presentation of the Walter P. Blount Humanitarian Awards, and highlights from 2020.
A hosted reception featuring hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and reunions with colleagues and friends will follow the Opening Ceremonies.
Reduced Rate Country Registration

Individuals residing in the countries listed at the link above qualify for reduced registration rates. When registering online, delegates should automatically be placed in the correct registration class based on the details collected during sign-in process.
Industry Registration
In-person registration will open for industry representatives on June 14, 2021 and will be first-come, first serve based on availability, regardless of company. If a representative is unable to attend the meeting in-person in St. Louis, USA, industry representatives are able to purchase the "virtual only" registration option which will allow real-time access to the content being streamed from the meeting
Guest Registration
Guests may register for the Welcome Reception online or by completing the guest form below. Guest registration does not include the scientific sessions, lunches or breaks. Guests wishing to attend the Annual Meeting sessions should register as non-member, non-physicians utilizing the delegate registration form. Wire Transfers
Registrants may pay their Annual Meeting registration fees by wire transfer. Please note that some financial institutions charge a processing fee, which is deducted from the amount of the transfer. Partial payment may result in an incomplete registration. If you wish to pay with a wire transfer, please email [email protected] for more information.
Invitation Letters
Invitations letters for visa requests are available for registered delegates. Please visit the Travel page for more information on requesting a letter of invitation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds, less a 10% processing fee, will be granted for the cancellation of in-person or virtual only meeting registration, if received in writing within 48-hours from the time of registration. After 48-hours, in-person registration may only be reduced to virtual only registration and virtual only registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you wish to change your in-person registration to virtual only registration, SRS will grant a full refund, less the difference of the virtual only registration rate. No refunds will be granted after August 20, 2021. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing via email to [email protected] or faxed to 414-276-3349. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice.
