Registration Instructions

1. Select the registration button above or click here.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. The price will initially display as $350 and the quantity will be set to 1.
3. Select "Buy Now".
4. In your shopping cart, the price will still show $350. The price will be adjusted after signing-in.
5. Select "Checkout".
6. Select "I have an account on the SRS website" and enter your SRS username and password or select "I do not have an account on the SRS website" and enter your email address. Select "Continue" to proceed. 
7. If asked, verify your contact details and select "Continue" (Not every user will need to verify their contact details).
8. Click "Continue" again to be directed to your shopping cart.
9. The price for product, 55th SRS Annual Meeting, will now reflect the relevant registration rate based on the details collected during the sign-in process. 
10. Enter your billing details, answer the questions, and select "Proceed".
11. Enter your credit card information and select "Pay Now".
12. After submitting payment, you will be emailed a registration confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation after submission, please email [email protected].

Registration must be completed online using the link above. The registration price will automatically adjust to the relevant registration rate based on the details collected during the sign-in process. This happens after selecting "Checkout" from the shopping cart page. All registrations will be confirmed via email. A separate email with instructions to join the live sessions will be sent one-day prior to the sessions starting.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

SRS will grant a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before Wednesday, September 2 at 11:00 PM US Central Time. No refunds will be granted after September 2, 2020. Delegates may email their cancellation request to [email protected]. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice.
