All reservations, cancellations and changes to reservations should be made directly through the RAI Hotel Services reservation system.
Attendees are encouraged to book their reservations at the SRS headquarter hotels. Staying at the headquarter hotels not only allows attendees to take advantage of special discounted room rates, but also puts them in close proximity to all meeting events for maximum interaction with fellow attendees and faculty and a hassle-free experience. Additionally, booking in the block helps the Society avoid penalties for not filling its hotel block, which keeps meeting expenses and thus registration rates lower, and a achieve a consistent hotel booking history that helps SRS continue to negotiate the lowest room rates possible for future meetings.
