Welcome Reception
Date: Wednesday, March 22
Location: The Convention Centre Dublin; The Forum, Ground Level
Time: 18:00-20:00
Available at no charge to in-person meeting delegates, $100 for guests of registered delegates.
The 30th IMAST will officially begin with the Welcome Reception, a hosted reception featuring hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and reunions with colleagues and friends and exhibitor viewing. If you have already registered and would like to purchase guest ticket(s), you may do so onsite at registration.

Time: 19:00-21:00
Registered attendee: $10
Guests of registered attendee: $175, per guest
Open to all registered attendees and guests of registered attendees. Registration is required and tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets are $10 for registered attendees and guest tickets may be purchased for $175, per guest. A limited number of tickets may be available onsite. If you have already registered and would like to add the Innovation Celebration and/or purchase guest ticket(s), you may do so onsite at registration.

Individuals residing in the countries listed at the link above qualify for reduced registration rates. When registering online, delegates should automatically be placed in the correct registration class based on the details collected during sign-in process.
Wire Transfers
Registrants may pay for their IMAST registration fees by wire transfer. Please note that some financial institutions charge a processing fee, which is deducted from the amount of the transfer. Partial payment may result in an incomplete registration. If you wish to pay with a wire transfer, please email [email protected] for more information.
Invitation Letters
Invitation letters for visa requests are available for registered delegates. Please visit the Travel page for more information on requesting a letter of invitation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds, less a 10% processing fee, will be granted for the cancellation meeting registrations until February 16, 2023. No refunds will be granted after February 16, 2023. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing via email to [email protected] or faxed to 414-276-3349. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice.
