Onsite Registration

Delegates will be able to register for the course onsite, December 13 and December 14 by visiting the SRS Registration Desk at the Tokyo International Exchange Center.

*The registration fee includes entrance to the general sessions, concurrent case based discussions, industry supported workshops, exhibit hall, breaks, lunches, and the Welcome Reception on Friday, December 13. All registration rates are in USD.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates may fax their cancellation to (414) 276-3349 or email it to [email protected]. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice. SRS will grant a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before November 15, 2019. No refunds will be granted after November, 2019.

Multi-Meeting Discount Program

All those who register in advance for the Current Concepts in Spine Deformity Course in Tokyo, Japan will receive a $150 discount code to be used when registering for the 27^th IMAST being held in Athens, Greece, April 1-4, 2020.

Rules & Regulations:

• Only advanced registrations for the Current Concepts Course, on or before November 15, 2019, are eligible for the multi-meeting discount.
• The course registrant must attend the course December 12-14, 2019 to receive the discount code. Those who do not show up or cancel their registrations will not receive the discount code.
• Full base registration is required to receive the discount.
• The discount is only applicable at the 27^th IMAST and cannot be used at any other meeting or “rolled over” to the next year due to failure of use.
• No other discounts, complimentary registration codes, or scholarships may be applied when using the discount at the 27^th IMAST.
• Industry representatives and Faculty are not eligible for the multi-meeting discount.
• Discounts cannot be transferred to another delegate.
• Discounts can only be applied to advanced registrations, on or before February 28, 2020, for the 27^th IMAST.
• Discounts must be used at the time of initial registration. The $150 discount cannot be applied as a refund if the discount was forgotten about.

Welcome Reception

All registered delegates are invited to pick up their registration materials and to attend the Welcome Reception on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 18:10-19:30. The reception will be hosted in the Exhibit Hall at the Tokyo International Exchange Center (TIEC), where beverages and light hors d’oeuvres will be served. There is no charge for registered delegates, though delegates will be required to show their meeting badge for entrance.
Dress for the Welcome Reception is business casual.
