**Authors may only be added to an abstract if they have an existing author account in the abstract submission system and a completed COI Disclosure Form. Changes may NOT be made to the body of the abstract, images or tables. Sorry, no exceptions.
Presenter Requirements
Confirmation & Registration
In order for a poster to be displayed at the Annual Meeting, the presenting author or one co-author must be registered to attend and click Accept in the Mira Speaker Management System. Note that if you or your co-author do not register for the meeting by June 15, your poster will be removed from the program and not displayed onsite or on the CD-ROM. Please visit the Registration Tab to register online.
Non-Exclusive License and Attestation
A Non-Exclusive License form and Attestation is required from all E-Poster presenters no later than August 1, 2015. **The Non-Exclusive License Form & Attestation should be completed on the Mira Speaker Management system. Housing & Travel
Presenters are expected to register, pay required registration fees and incur all costs for housing and travel. Please visit the Housing tab of this website for details on arranging housing and travel to Minneapolis.
E-Poster Guidelines & Submission
E-Poster presentations are available for review during the Annual Meeting on computer kiosks and are also distributed on CD to all attendees. E-Poster abstracts are not published in the program book, although an index of E-Posters will be included. Any corrections to the title or author listing must be sent by email to [email protected] no later than June 15.

E-Posters must be submitted to the Online Speaker Ready Room, using the link above. Authors who would like their E-Poster to be included on the CD-ROM, must upload it to the Speaker Ready Room no later than August 21. All E-Posters uploaded by September 23, 2015 will appear on the onsite kiosks. It is not necessary to upload twice.
Presenters who uploaded presentations to last year’s Annual Meeting Speaker Ready Room may use the same email account and passwords as last year. If you have forgotten your password, simply click the Forgot Password button and it will be sent to the email account you used. Presenters who did NOT upload in 2013 or 2014 should create a new account the first time logging into the site. SRS members-only site passwords, abstract submission site passwords, and M&M site passwords will NOT work. If you need further technical assistance, please click the "SUPPORT" button at the top right of the Speaker Ready Room homepage.
